“Interning at Matchstick allowed me to grow as both a professional and individual. I had fun contributing my own ideas into successful campaigns that transformed overall vision into effective digital strategies for a number of diverse clients. This gave me a sense of confidence in my own creativity and provided me with a feeling of fulfillment that lasted long after the crowded commutes.”

– Alex Franceschini, Marketing Coordinator, Hover

“From the leadership to entry-level employees, everyone was very approachable and open to idea-sharing and opinions. The office is open concept which really does push teamwork and collaboration. Top-down, the agency runs on a lean, agile ability to remain open to new technologies, new channels, new marketing fundamentals, new ways of building brands. The excitement and energy that runs through the place is contagious. It’s a good kind of contagious. One that gets you thinking about things when you least expect to.
